Sextoykart reserves a set of stringent delivery and return policies following which it provides services and products to its customers. All those who are willing to shop from our store must know everything about all the methods we adopt to deliver orders, return products and receive payments.
We Deliver Orders Overseas
Sextoykart not only operates throughout India but also ships products abroad like Dubai, Netherlands, UAE, Nepal, South Africa, Bangladesh and more. Therefore, we accept international payments through Paypal, Debit/ Credit cards and Direct Bank Transfers. For delivering products overseas, we take a minimum of 7 to 10 business days. However, the time to deliver goods abroad may vary due to customs or duties. Whatever is the item, it will be packed and shipped in standard boxes, and nothing will be written on them.
Our Order Delivery Payment Policies in India
While operating in India, we accept payments by means of Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Deposits, Net Banking, NEFT, RTGS and more. For COD, one can go up to a shopping limit of Rs. 40,000, which is applicable in all the major cities. Services like Hand to Hand delivery are applicable only in Kolkata and Delhi. However, customers can use debit or credit cards to transfer money online.
Stay Updated with your Shipment Details
To order any product, one can either send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 9883427214. One can even update one’s mobile number, area pin code, order number and also the payment details. Once your postal address and payment receipt are approved, the order will be taken instantly for packaging. Thereafter, your product will be dispatched by DTDC courier on the same day.
The customer on receiving the order will get an SMS that will keep him/her updated through shipment details and tracking number. If one is in India, he will get the order shipped at one’s specified address within 4 to 10 hours. Besides, we have self pick-up facilities within India. With details like the customer’s name and Pin Code, the user location is tracked as per DTDC pick-up locations.
Report us within 48 hours for anything Inappropriate
If the customer, under any circumstance, finds that he/she has received a wrong product, it must be reported to us within 48 hours. In case, if he/she fails to inform within those 48 hours, the request for returning the order will not be taken.
We Replace Products and Do Not Refund
The customer can always send a request for returning a product if it seems inappropriate. In such cases, the product will be replaced. However, no request for money refund will be granted.
Damage by the user not to be Considered
If the parcel delivered by us undergoes no damage but the customer later damages it, no return request will be accepted. In such cases, Sextoykart will not be answerable for handling these types of cases.
